OKC Defensive Tactics, Inc., in Oklahoma City, recently had their grand opening, featuring podcast host Lance Wicks.  The judo club, started by Mike Darter in 1999, is in their 10th year and has expanded three times.  OKCDT offers judo for kids and adults, as well as boxing and “fight fit” classes for strength and conditioning.  Follow the link to some videos from the clinic on evidence based judo and more.
