Full Throttle Conditioning
Full Throttle Conditioning is a great training resource from Ross Enamait, founder of RossTraining.com, and raises the bar of what is expected from a well conditioned athlete. After watching some of the sample videos on his site, I was extremely excited to get this video for review.
First things first, the price is $25 and the shipping is minimal. What you get is a nearly 2 hour video of actual training examples and a 90 page book describing the complex science of energy systems and how they work in a way you can understand. He shows you his training foundation and builds routines for based on those foundations. Unbelievable value!
The DVD, which is shot in his workout “dungeon”, starts with a brief explanation of the different energy systems and the importance of conditioning and moves into different exercises, starting with the jump rope, then moves onto body weight exercises, and later implements various low cost equipment such as tires, various balls and bags. You will also see more high end equipment in use for those who may have access to weights, racks, etc. Each exercise is broken down to the most basic, so that all different levels can benefit from the exercises.
There is so much information in both the book format and DVD video that I can’t recommend this product enough, espcially for the total 30 some bucks that you will end up paying for it. It is well worth the money, and should be on everyone’s Christmas list this year, that is if you want to be faster, stronger, and more conditioned in 09 than you are now. If for some reason you don’t get one in your stocking, you can always burn that Christmas money here to order your copy. Check out his site above and his YouTube page for more great videos.

I want this guy!
Cool stuff, sign me up for the running.
Thanks for sharing. I was wondering how this differs from CrossFit.com? I’ve tried that a few times and just by judging on this video, remind me of it. I’m always looking for good home workout – I’ve got Bas Rutten’s workout set and have watched some of Rhadi Ferguson’s videos as well so will be interested in this series as well.
