Listening to the Podcast

We have been asked by several about how to subscribe or listen to the podcast. Below are a few different ways to do so.

• The easiest way to listen to the episodes, is to click the play button below each episode post. This will allow you to play the episode straight from the page.
• If you want to take the .mp3 file with you, say on any portable media player, or burn it to a CD to listen to at later time, then you can right click the link to the filename at the end of the post and “save target as”, which allows you to save it anywhere on your computer.
• Of course you can also subscribe through iTunes here (search for the judo podcast in the iTunes store) and automatically have the podcast updated in iTunes.

Either way you decide to listen, we would really appreciate you subscribing either above using iTunes, or here using Internet Explorer or similar. It’s free, and it will help us establish our audience!
