Meet this amazing man. This is Jeff Aston aged 80 completing his forty-fourth London Marathon on Sunday!
He is part of an exclusive group of only six runners that are known as the “Ever Presents” having completed every single London Marathon since the very first one back in 1981.
This year he crossed the finish line in 8 hours and 6 minutes!
He has a London Marathon PB of 2 hours and 29 minutes….

Firstly we must welcome Mark back to the club. He has been absent for a while with some ‘dodgy mechanics!’ but fortunately all seems to be well now. You will have to go steady for a while to make sure everything works as it should!!
After their warmup, exercises, stretches, breakfalls and cartwheels the juniors were split into two groups, the older players went off to practice Uchi mata whilst the younger ones went back to the beginning with Osoto Otoshi. Both groups came back together with a round robin of randori and Newaza before the the session with a game of dodgeball.

We have had a packed Day 2 in Croatia! 🇭🇷
We had our fist Judo session today, led by Nuno Delgado, our girls won the technical challenge under the watchful eye of Karakas Hedvig JUDO. Lenny also managed to get a Randori with Rustam Orujov 💪💚
The team then ate lunch together before creating some posters and then completing a team challenge to win a water bottle and bag!
The day finished with us travelling back to the main arena to watch the final block of the Senior European Championships 👏👏👏👏
Our team are defo at key a bit star struck and are enjoying collecting autographs and selfies! 🤩
