    Judopodcast, I wanted to say thanks for this video! Ouchi Gari is a move that I really have been wanting to improve on anyway. It seems that so many people (at least at my beginner level) are watching for Osoto Gari, or a head throw or arm throw that they tend to be more open for an inside sweep like this. I will be sure to link over from my blog. Thanks!
